Our first consultation will be understanding your lifestyle, your food habits, your challenged and your health goals. Then I will then make a detailed plan that will work towards your unique needs one step at a time.

Going forward, we commit to working towards your health goals, create a time line and slowly build towards your goals. A minimum of 6 sessions is required to show visible results.
